Abstract in different language: | We are entering a new era of human-machine interaction and it is essential to underestimate the importance of people in the digital factory. Digital factories require a new way of working, this has several implications. The composition of the workforce wants to change, and companies want to be adequately employed and retain employees accordingly. It is equally important to work with people before and during the implementation of new technologies. The paper addresses the potential that the integration of digital and human labour can offer. |
