| Abstract: | Obsahem práce je zmapování, sumarizace všech práv a povinností členů bytových družstev. Zhodnocení každého jednotlivého práva a povinnosti z hlediska jeho obsahu, rozsahu, vazby k dalším právům a povinnostem i dalším družstevním institutům. |
