| Abstract: | Článek pojednává o novele ze dne 1.10.2020, kdy nabyl účinnosti zákon č 333/2020 Sb., kterým se mění zákon č. 40/2009 Sb., trestní zákoník, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, zákon č. 141/1961 Sb., o trestním řízení soudním, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, a některé další trestní předpisy. Změny, která novela přináší, jsou, dle důvodové zprávy, taková legislativní opatření, která zvýší počet ukládaných peněžitých trestů Dále je v článku jsou řešeny otázky dohody o vině a trestu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The article presents the essential changes concerning an agreement on admission of guilt and on punishment, as introduced by the adopted amendment to criminal law. The most important changes are perhaps that an agreement on admission of guilt and on punishment may be concluded even in relation to an especially serious felony, and also that under the new regulation, the court can propose that such an agreement be concluded where justified by the circumstances of the case. |
