| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na elektronizaci veřejné správy v České republice, tj. eGovernment. Poskytuje čtenáři vysvětlení pojmu eGovernment, zabývá se jeho právní úpravou v právním řádu české republiky a rovněž se zaměřuje na důvody jeho vzniku a jeho postupný historický vývoj. Dále diplomová práce popisuje jednotlivé prvky eGovernmentu a jejich využívávání v praxi. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis is focused on electronicisation of public administration in the Czech Republic, i.e. eGovernment. It provides the reader with an explanation of the concept of eGovernment, deals with its legislation in the legal order of the Czech Republic and also focuses on the reasons for its creation and its gradual historical development. Furthermore, the thesis describes the individual elements of eGovernment and their use in practice. |
