| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem státu a práva v Rusku v období od poloviny 19. století do přelomového roku 1917. Popisuje reformní snahy cara Alexandra II. a jejich následné potlačení. Zaměřuje se na popis událostí během ruských revolucí v letech 1905 a 1917 a na důsledky, které způsobily. Tato práce má za cíl sepsat jednotlivé klíčové okamžiky ruského práva, které vedly ke svržení carismu a nastolení komunistického režimu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The Dissertation deals with the evolution of the Russian state and law from the middle of the 19th century until the crucial year of 1917. It describes the attempts at reform by Tsar Alexander the second and their subsequent abolishment. It aims to describe the events of the Russian revolutions in the years 1905 and 1917 and their consequences. This paper aims to write down each of the key moments of Russian law, which led to the downfall of tsarist rule and the establishment of the Communist regime. |
