| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá právní úpravou zdanění hazardních her v ČR. V úvodu práce je vymezení daňové oblasti z hazardních her. Tato část je zaměřena na obecné představení systému daně v České republice. Dále právní úpravě daně v ČR "de lege lata" již už zaměřené přímo na daň z hazardních her. Tato část patří popisování a zhodnocení základních konstrukčních prvků daně z hazardních her a následně správou daně. Dalšími tématy jsou provozování herního prostoru, právu Evropské unie a jeho vliv na vnitrostátní právní úpravu a další mezinárodní závazky provozování hazardních her. Závěr práce patří úvahám "de lege ferenda". Jakým způsobem by mohlo dojít ke zdokonalení úpravy zdanění provozovatelů hazardních her. |
| Abstract in different language: | My bachelor's thesis deals with the legislation on the taxation of gambling in the Czech Republic. At the beginning of the thesis is the definition of the tax area from gambling. This section is focused on the general presentation of the tax system in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, the tax legislation in the Czech Republic "de lege lata" already focused directly on the gambling tax. This part includes describing and evaluating the essential elements of the gambling tax and subsequently managing the tax. Other topics include the operation of the gaming space, European Union law and its impact on national legislation and other international gambling obligations. The conclusion of the thesis belongs to the considerations of the "de lege ferenda". How the regulation of taxation of gambling operators could be improved. |
