| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na pacienty s kolostomií, kteří jsou klienty domova pro seniory. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie a fyziologie tlustého střeva a důvody, které vedou k vytvoření kolostomie. Používání stomických pomůcek a jejich preskripce, ošetřovatelská péče a zhodnocení kvality života pacientů. Praktická část má charakter výzkumu a je zpracována formou rozhovorů s respondenty mající kolostomii a současně žijí v domově pro seniory. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jak se tito klienti vyrovnávají se změnami, zasahující do jejich základních potřeb. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis focuses on patients with colostomy who are clients of a home for the elderly. The theoretical part describes the anatomy and physiology of the colon and the reasons that lead to the creation of a colostomy. Use and prescribing of stomic aids, nursing care and evaluation of patients quality of life. The practical part has the character of research and is processed in the form of interviews with respondents having a colostomy while living in home for the elderly. The aim of this work is to find out how these clients cope with changes that interfere with their bacic needs. |
