| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit ekonomickou situaci podniku, pomocí metod finanční analýzy, jedná se zejména o horizontální a vertikální analýzu, analýzu poměrových ukazatelů (rentabilita, likvidita, aktivita a zadluženost). Tyto vybrané metody finanční analýzy jsou nejprve charakterizovány teoreticky a následně aplikovány prakticky na Podnik živočišné výroby a.s.. Ke zpracování praktické části byly použity účetní výkazy uvedeného podniku za období 2006-2010 spolu s interními materiály podniku. Součástí práce je také srovnání vybraných charakteristik podniku s odvětvovým průměrem, které umožňuje lepší představu o postavení podniku na trhu. Na základě výsledků finanční analýzy je v závěru práce vypracováno komplexní posouzení finančního zdraví podniku a uvedeno doporučení, jak zlepšit jeho finanční situaci. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the economic situation of the company, for this aim are used methods of financial analysis, in particular the horizontal and vertical analysis, analysis of financial ratios (profitability, liquidity, aktivity and debt ratios). These selected methods are characterized theoretically at first then practically applied to Podnik živočišné výroby a.s.. For the practical part have been used financial statements of the company in period 2006-2010 together with the internal materials of the company. The thesis also includes comparison of selected characteristics of the company with industry averages, which allows a better understanding of the position of the enterprise on the market. Based on the results of financial analysis is in the end develop a comprehensive assessment of its financial health and recommenations for improving the financial situation |
