| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem virtuálních týmů, jejich komunikací a kooperací ve virtuálním prostředí. Cílem této práce je identifikace charakteristiky virtuálního týmu v pracovním prostředí. Doporučení pro podnikovou praxi vychází z výsledků případové studie. Teoretická část tvoří první část této práce, kde se autor zaměřuje na pojmy jako je řízení lidských zdrojů, projekt, komunikace, týmová kooperace, a především virtuální tým a jeho vedení. Po teoretické části následuje praktická část, která je vypracovaná metodou případové studie. Případová studie se skládá ze tří částí: polostrukturované rozhovory, dotazníkové šetření a analýza komunikačních a kooperačních nástrojů. Na danou problematiky v rámci případové studie je nahlíženo jak z pohledu vedoucích virtuálních týmů, tak i z pohledu řadových pracovníků virtuálních týmů. V závěru této práce jsou shrnuty výsledky a navrhnuta doporučení pro podnikovou praxi. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of virtual teams, their communication and cooperation in a virtual environment. The aim of this work is to identify the characteristics of a virtual team in a work environment. Recommendations for business practices are based on the results of a case study. The theoretical part is the first part of this bachelor work, where the author focuses on concepts such as human resource management, project, communication, teamwork and primarily the virtual team and the virtual management. The theoretical part is followed by a practical part, which is developed by the method of a case study. The case study itself consists of three parts: semi structured interviews, a questionnaire survey and an analysis of communication and cooperation tools. The topic of the virtual team is seen from team-leader's point of view and also from the ordinary staff point of view. The results are summarized and recommendations for business practice are designed at the end of this work. |
