| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá současnou nezaměstnaností ve Středočeském kraji. Jejím cílem bylo nalézt příčiny a důsledky nezaměstnanosti ve Středočeském kraji. Nejhodnotnějšími zdroji pro získání dat byly Český statistický úřad, Ministerstvo práce a sociálních věcí, Úřad práce ČR a odborná literatura. V první části práce je teoreticky vymezen pojem nezaměstnanost, spolu s blízce souvisejícími pojmy trh práce a politika zaměstnanosti. V druhé části je provedena analýza nezaměstnanosti, jsou specifikovány ohrožené regiony kraje a definovány faktory ovlivňující míru nezaměstnanosti. Na základě zjištěných informacích jsou zjištěny příčiny a dopady nezaměstnanosti ve Středočeském kraji. V závěru jsou formulovány doporučení, která by mohla zmírnit dopady nezaměstnanosti a zvýšit zaměstnanost. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with the current unemployment in the Central Bohemian Region. Its aim was to find the causes and consequences of unemployment in the Central Bohemian Region. The most valuable sources for obtaining data were the Czech Statistical Office, the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, the Labor Office of the Czech Republic and professional literature. The first part of the thesis theoretically defines the concept of unemployment, together with the closely related concepts of labor market and employment policy. In the second part, an analysis of unemployment is performed, endangered regions of the region are specified and factors influencing the unemployment rate are defined. Based on the information obtained, the causes and effects of unemployment are identified in the Central Bohemian Region. Finally, recommendations are formulated that could mitigate the effects of unemployment and increase employment. |
