| Abstract: | V této práci byly řešeny potenciální příčiny vstupu organizací občanské společnosti do komunální politiky. V tomto ohledu byla práce směřována na území SO ORP Plzeň. Téma práce bylo zvoleno díky autorově angažovanosti v komunální politice v území jeho bydliště. Metody, které byly využity pro zpracování této práce, jsou komparativní případové studie, deskriptivní analýza a korelační analýza za pomoci Pearsonova korelačního koeficientu. Ten byl vypočítán pro vybrané ukazatele volebních dat z posledních komunálních voleb v roce 2018. Výsledkem práce bylo zjištění, že politická participace občanů na lokální úrovni je způsobena především odlišným názorem na určité konfliktní body. Byrokratické a zákonné překážky nebývají důvodem pro neangažovanost organizace občanské společnosti v komunální politice. Tyto faktory jsou v poměrech dnešní obce snadno splnitelné. |
| Abstract in different language: | In this work, the potential causes of the entry of civil society organizations into municipal policy were addressed. In this respect, the work was focused on the territory of SO ORP Plzeň. The topic of the work was chosen thanks to the author's involvement in municipal politics in his area of residence. The methods that were used to process this work are comparative case studies, descriptive analysis and correlation analysis using Pearson's correlation coefficient. It was calculated for selected indicators of election data from the last municipal elections in 2018. The result was that the political participation of citizens at the local level is caused mainly by differing views on certain points of conflict. Bureaucratic and legal obstacles are not reasons for non-involvement in communal politics. These aspects are easily met in today's community. |
