| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o zinscenovaném soudním procesu, který se konal roku 1894. Samotná práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. V první kapitole se práce věnuje událostem, které vedly k nepokojům v Českých zemích a k vytvoření pokrokového hnutí. Ve druhé kapitole se práce soustředí na samotný proces, který byl vedený proti tzv. Omladině. Tato kapitola tvoří hlavní část celé práce, kde se autor snaží poukázat na nesrovnalosti ve vedení samotného procesu a zachytit jeho průběh. V závěrečné části práce je popisován život jednotlivých vězňů ve vezení a krátké povídání o pokrokové straně a omladinářích do roku 1918. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor's thesis deals with a staged trial, which took place in 1894. The thesis itself is divided into three chapters. In the first chapter, the thesis deals with the events that led to the riots in the Czech lands and to the creation of a progressive movement. In the second chapter, the work focuses on the process itself, which was conducted against the so-called Omladina. This chapter forms the main part of the whole thesis, where the author tries to point out the inconsistencies in the management of the process itself and capture its course. The final part of the thesis describes the life of individual prisoners in prison and shortly talks about the progressive party and young people until 1918. |
