| Abstract: | Moje bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou léčby bolestí zad za pomoci využití nevaskulárního intervenčního postupu - periradikulární terapie (PRT). Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části jsem se věnovala anatomii páteře, možným příčinám, které vedou k bolesti zad a také zobrazovacím metodám, které stanoví diagnózu u bolesti zad. V praktické části uvádím kazuistiky dvou pacientů, kteří byli indikováni k cílenému obstřiku za CT navigace a vycházejí z modelu Marjory Gordon. |
| Abstract in different language: | My bachelor thesis deals with the treatment of back pain with the use of a nonvascular intervention procedure - periradicular therapy (PRT). The bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part, I focused on the anatomy of the spine, the possible causes that lead to back pain and also the imaging methods that determine the diagnosis of back pain. In the practical part, I present case reports of two patients who were indicated for targeted injection during CT navigation and are based on the model of Marjory Gordon. |
