Abstract: Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku nákupu, prodej a kooperace firem. Rovněž popisuje tuto problematiku ve společnosti Strojírenská výroba HBH s.r.o. Jednotlivé kapitoly se věnují charakteristice společnosti a jejímu ekonomickému vývoji, charakteristice nákupu, prodeje a kooperace, analýze nákupu, prodeje a kooperace ve společnosti Strojírenská výroba HBH s.r.o. Poslední část práce je věnována zhodnocení zpracované analýzy a návrhu opatření vedoucího k zefektivnění analyzovaných činností.
Abstract in different language: This bachelors is focused on the purchase, sale and co-operation of the company. It describes purchase, sale and co-operation of the Strojírenská výroba HBH s.r.o. company. Single chapters are addessed to characteristic of the company and its economic development, characteristic of the purchase, sale and co-operation, analyses purchase, sale and co-operation of the Strojírenská výroba HBH s.r.o. company. The last part is devoted to evaluation of the transforms the analyses a proposition measure to fare to more efficient the analyses activities.
