| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou příčin KPR v přednemocniční péči. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části je stručně popsána anatomie základních životních funkcí a následně jsou popsané vybrané kardiální, nekardiální a reverzibilní příčiny náhlé zástavy oběhu. V praktické části jsou prezentované výsledky výzkumu, který probíhal ve FN Plzeň. Výzkumný soubor byl vytvořen ze všech nemocných po resuscitaci v přednemocniční péči za rok 2020, kteří následně byli transportováni na Emergency FN Plzeň. Cílem tohoto výzkumu bylo zjistit incidenci OHCA, charakteristiku OHCA a výslednou míru přežití pacientů po KPR spadající pod FN Plzeň na území Plzeňského kraje. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the causes of CPR in pre-hospital care. The work is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part briefly describes the anatomy of basic vital functions and then describes selected cardiac, non-cardiac and reversible causes of sudden cardiac arrest. The practical part presents the results of research that took place at the University Hospital Pilsen. The research group was created from all patients after resuscitation in pre-hospital care in 2020, who were subsequently transported to the Emergency University Hospital Pilsen. The aim of this research was to determine the incidence of OHCA, the characteristics of OHCA and the resulting survival rate of patients after CPR falling under the University Hospital Pilsen in the Pilsen region. |
