Abstract: Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na změny v hladinách specifických imunoglobulinů třídy IgE a IgG4 v průběhu léčby specifickou alergenovou imunoterapií. Teoretická část se zabývá imunopatologickými reakcemi, charakteristikou alergií, diagnostikou a léčbou alergických onemocnění a specifickými třídami imunoglobulinů. Praktická část se zaměřuje na stanovení hladin specifických protilátek metodou ImmunoCAP, vyhodnocení výsledků pomocí grafů s boxploty a následné statistické zhodnocení s využitím Wilcoxova statistického testu včetně popisu změn v průběhu léčby.
Abstract in different language: This bachelor thesis focuses on changes in the levels of the specific IgE and IgG4 immunoglobulins during treatment with specific allergen immunotherapy. The theoretical part deals with the immunopathological reactions, characteristics of allergy, diagnosis and treatment of allergic diseases and specific classes of immunoglobulins. The practical part focuses on the determination of specific antibody levels by ImmunoCAP, evaluation of results using graphs with boxplots and subsequent statistical evaluation using Wilcox's statistical test, including a description of changes during treatment.
