| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci vyšetření funkce štítné žlázy a vypracování podkladů pro doporučený postup a je jedním z podkladů při vypracovávání doporučeného postupu diagnostiky funkce štítné žlázy na Oddělení imunochemické diagnostiky Fakultní nemocnice Plzeň. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá anatomií a fyziologií štítné žlázy, popisuje jednotlivá onemocnění štítné žlázy, jejich příčiny, klinické projevy a laboratorní diagnostiku. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se dále zabývá popisem jednotlivých doporučení pro diagnostiku poruchy funkce štítné žlázy. Praktická část se zabývá statistickým vyhodnocováním vyšetřovaných parametrů funkce štítné žlázy. Pro toto vyhodnocení byly využity výsledky vzniklé během 3 let na Oddělení imunochemické diagnostiky Fakultní nemocnice Plzeň. Laboratorní výsledky byly korelovány s klinickým stavem pacienta. V závěru bakalářské práce je navržen optimální systém diagnostiky funkce štítné žlázy a důraz je kladen na nejčastěji se vyskytující chyby v rutinní praxi. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis is focused on optimizing the examination of thyroid function and developing the basis for the recommended procedure and is one of the sources for developing the recommended methods for diagnosing thyroid function at the Department of Immunochemical Diagnostics - University Hospital in Pilsen. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the anatomy and physiology of the thyroid gland, their causes, clinical manifestations and laboratory diagnostics. The last chapter of the theoretical part depicts recommendations for the diagnosis of thyroid dysfunction. The practical part deals with statistical evaluation of the examined parameters of thyroid function. The results, that were collected for 3 years at the Department of Immunochemical Diagnostics - University Hospital in Pilsen, were used for this evaluation. At the end of the bachelor thesis, an optimal system for diagnosing thyroid function is proposed and the most common mistakes are emphasized. |
