| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá historií rakovnického pivovaru ve druhé polovině 20. století a tradicí pivovarnictví v Čechách. Důležitou součástí jsou rozhovory se současným sládkem a zaměstnanci, kteří v pivovaru ve zkoumaném období pracovali, a zdůraznit vážnost pivovarnického řemesla a předávání zkušeností z generace na generaci. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is about the history of the Rakovnik brewery in the second half of the 20th century and the tradition of brewig beer in Bohemia. An important part are the interviews with the curent brewer and employees who worked in the brewery during the period of the change of the ownership and emphasising the seriousness of the brewing craftsmanship and transferring experience from generation to generation. |
