| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá prototypováním a uživatelským testováním produktu Socialbakers Suite. Tato práce vymezuje základní pojmy, popisuje principy User Experience Designu a User Centered Designu. Dále tato práce vysvětluje prototypování, uživatelské testování a jednotlivé metody prototypování a uživatelského testování. V práci je popsán a analyzován vývoj a současný stav procesu prototypování v rámci Socialbakers Suite. Dále je pak popsán a analyzován vývoj a současný stav procesu uživatelského testování v rámci Socialbakers Suite. Na základě analýz jsou v práci navrženy zlepšující opatření pro uživatelské testování. |
| Abstract in different language: | The Master´s thesis is focused on prototyping and user testing of a Socialbakers Suite. This thesis defines essential terms, describes principles of User Experience Design and User Centered Design. Thesis also explains prototyping, user testing and various methods of prototyping and user testing. Then the thesis analyzes and describes development of the prototyping process of Socialbakers Suite and its current state. In the penultimate chapter is analyzed and described development of the user testing process of Socialbakers Suite and its current state. In the last chapter based on the previous analysis are proposed improvement proposals. |
