| Abstract: | Předložený odborný článek pojednává o řešení problému, zda vlastník nemovité věci legálním způsobem může dosáhnout toho, aby byl do svých prostor (obydlí třetí osoby) vpuštěn (například za účelem prohlídky), pokud třetí osoba, která užívá bez právního titulu cizí nemovitou věc, odmítá jejímu vlastníkovi poskytnout jakoukoliv součinnost a tuto cizí věci užívá i nadále, a to i proti vůli vlastníka. |
| Abstract in different language: | The presented expert article deals with the solution of the problem of whether the owner of an immovable property can legally get it into his premises (third party dwellings) (for example for inspection), if a third party who uses a foreign immovable property without legal title refuses provide any cooperation to its owner and continues to use this foreign thing, even against the will of the owner. |
