| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce s názvem "Akutní účinky radioterapie při ozáření prsu" je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části zprvu popisujeme anatomii prsu, dále se zabýváme karcinomem prsu, jeho klinickými příznaky a diagnostikou. Poté popisujeme klasifikaci nádoru a léčbu karcinomu prsu. Nakonec se věnujeme radioterapii a jejím nežádoucím účinkům. Praktická část je vytvořena metodou kvantitativně-kvalitativního výzkumu, který se zabývá akutními nežádoucími účinky ozáření u pacientek, které absolvovaly radio-terapii pro karcinom prsu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis titled: "Acute Effects of Radiotherapy during the Radiation Therapy of Breast Cancer" is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. In the theoretical part is initially described the breast anatomy, breast cancer, its clinical symptoms, and diagnosis. The next chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to the tumour classification and the medical treatment of breast cancer. The last theoretical part is focused on radiotherapy and its side effects. The practical part is created by the method of quantitative-qualitative research, which deals with acute side effects of radiation in patients who have received radiotherapy against breast cancer. |
