| Abstract: | Tématem této bakalářské práce je navazující péče o pacienty po kardiopulmonální resuscitaci (KPR) v přednemocniční a nemocniční péči. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část zachycuje příčiny a formy náhlé zástavy oběhu, kardiopulmonální resuscitaci a její důležitost. Dále popisuje rozdělení resuscitace na základní a rozšířenou neodkladnou resuscitaci dospělých. Další část seznamuje s poresuscitačním syndromem a možnostmi terapie. Závěrečná kapitola teoretické části se věnuje neurologickému výstupu. Praktická část se zaměřuje na kazuistiky pacientů po KPR v přednemocniční i nemocniční péči, na podkladě dat získaných z FN Plzeň, kde se zjišťuje kompletní průběh poresuscitační péče u pacientů s přetrvávající poruchou vědomí. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of this bachelor thesis is the follow-up care of patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in a pre-hospital and hospital care. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part captures the causes and forms of cardiac arrest, cardiopulmonary resuscitation and its importance. It also describes the division of resuscitation into basic and advanced life support for adults. The next part introduces the postresuscitation syndrome and treatment options. The final chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to the neurological outcome. The practical part includes on case histories of patients after CPR in pre-hospital and hospital care, based on data obtained from the documentation of FN Plzeň, where is looked into complete course of postresuscitation care in patients with persisting disorder of the consciousness. |
