| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce poskytuje informace o historii tlumočení, jakož i jeho současné situaci. Důraz je kladen hlavně na vývoj simultánního tlumočení. Práce se věnuje také tlumočení obecně, popisuje typy a druhy tlumočení. Dále se zaměřuje na tlumočnické postupy užívané v simultánním tlumočení a na tlumočnické kabiny. V práci jsou také uvedeny některé tlumočnické školy a významné osobnosti tlumočení. Práce představuje ucelený historický přehled tlumočení jako důležitého prostředku pro mezinárodní komunikaci. |
| Abstract in different language: | Bachelor´s thesis provides information about the history of interpreting as well as about its current situation. Particular emphasis is put on the development of simultaneous interpreting. The thesis also presents the interpreting in general, describes the types of interpretation. It focuses on the procedures used in simultaneous interpreting and on interpreting booths. The thesis also lists some schools of interpreting and significant personalities of interpretation. The work presents general historical overview of interpreting as an important means of contemporary international communication. |
