| Abstract: | Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo rozpracování návrhu setu sanitární keramiky do takové podoby, aby byly jasně definovány jeho základní tvarové a funkční prvky. Z důvodu časové náročnosti návrhu celé produktové řady jsem v průběhu práce vybral dva produkty, umyvadlo s rozměry 550x400 mm a podumyvadlovou skříňku, kterým jsem se věnoval do hloubky s maximální snahou o jejich dotažení jak po stránce designové, tak stránce konstrukční. V návrhu respektuji množství požadavků, které jsou kladeny na dané výrobky z hlediska norem samotné firmy i budoucích zákazníků. Tyto návrhy jsou dovedeny do funkčních prototypů. Dále též nastiňuji grafickou podobu prezentačních tiskovin zahrnující název, logo a brožuru. Celý postup práce jsem se snažil co nejvíce přiblížit reálnému průběhu skutečné zakázky. Samozřejmě vše v rámci akademických možností. Od jednání s klientem přes shánění informací o dané problematice pomocí rešerší a průzkumů. Dále přes první ideové úvahy, formulování hlavních myšlenek k prvním skicám, rozpracovanějším návrhům až po samotné detailní modelování ve 3D a následné frézování modelu 1:1. Práci završuje kompletní výroba prototypu v provozovně JIKA v Bechyni. |
| Abstract in different language: | The main topic of my diploma work is a ?proposal for a set of sanitary ceramics? for the company JIKA. The aim is to process a proposal for a set of sanitary ceramics in a form that ensures that their basic shape and functional elements are clearly defined and that these elements will remain a characteristic feature for the entire product series. In reality whole teams of people take part in the production of a single product series, and an individual is unable in the available amount of time to bring a complete set to production or at least a prototype. Therefore, during my work I selected two products, a sink with dimensions of 550x400 mm and a cabinet beneath the sink, which I devoted thorough attention to with a maximum effort to tighten them both in terms of design and construction. Within the proposal, I have respected the number of requirements imposed for the particular products from the point of view of standards, the company itself and future customers. These proposals have been implemented in functional prototypes. I have also highlighted the graphical design of printed presentation materials including the name, a logo and a brochure. I attempted as much as possible to adapt the approach of my work to an actual order, of course within academic possibilities, from negotiations with the client to finding information about the particular issue through research and surveys, through the first idea consideration, formulation of the main ideas regarding the initial designs, more processed proposals and the detailed modelling itself in 3D and the subsequent milling of the model 1:1. The entire work culminates with the complete production of a prototype at the JIKA plant in Bechyně. |
