dc.description.abstractPředmětem této bakalářské práce je problematika finančního reportingu, přičemž hlavním cílem je posoudit finanční zdraví dvou vybraných podniků, vyhodnotit současnou situaci a navrhnout doporučení, na co by se podniky měly zaměřit, aby do budoucna bylo dosaženo lepších výsledků. Teoretická část vymezuje problematiku finančního reportingu a jeho zdrojů. V praktické části jsou následně uplatněny a aplikovány metody finanční analýzy na vybrané podniky. Výsledky analýzy obou podniků jsou následně porovnány a jsou stanoveny návrhy na zlepšení finanční situace.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this bachelor thesis is financial reporting and it aims to determine the financial health of two selected companies, assess their current situation and also make recommendations about the focus and direction they need in order to achieve better results in the future. The theoretical part defines the main concepts of the financial reporting and its sources. In the practical part, these methods are applied on the selected companies. Then, the analyses of both companies are compared and recommendations for improvement of their financial situation are determined.en
