| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá identifikací bakterií na historickém pohřebišti v Semonicích a Hostivicích. Práce je zaměřena na výskyt vodních a termofilních bakterií ve vzorcích zubů, kravské kosti a hlíny z dutiny břišní. Jednotlivé bakterie porovnáváme mezi sebou a sledujeme jejich výskyt i z jiných míst světa. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis is focused identification of bacteria from historical burial ground in Semonice and Hostivice. The work is focused on diversity water and thermophlic bacteria in teeth samples, cow bone sample and soil sample from abdominal cavity. The bacteria are compare with each other and monitoring occurrence of bacteria from another places in the world. |
