| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu zákona č. 361/2003 Sb., o služebním poměru příslušníků bezpečnostních sborů, jenž představuje komplexní právní úpravu tohoto specifického státně zaměstnaneckého vztahu. Nejprve je proveden stručný historický exkurz předmětné právní úpravy na našem území. Stěžejní část práce se pak věnuje rozboru vybraných institutů služebního poměru de lege lata. V další části je provedena komparace se zahraniční právní úpravou služebního poměru příslušníků bezpečnostních sborů Slovenské republiky. Na závěr dochází k propojení poznatků z předešlých kapitol a je navržen možný budoucí směr legislativního vývoje de lege ferenda. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of Act No. 361/2003 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the security forces, which represents a comprehensive legal regulation of this specific state employment relationship. First of all, a brief historical excursion of the subject legal regulation in our territory is made. The main part of the thesis is then devoted to the analysis of selected institutes of service relationship de lege lata. The next part compares it with the foreign legal regulation of the service relationship of members of the security forces of the Slovak Republic. Finally, the findings of the previous chapters are connected and a possible future direction of legislative development de lege ferenda is proposed. |
