| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zpracována na téma komunální volby v České republice se zaměřením na město Domažlice. Práce v první teoretické části obsahuje vymezení komunálních voleb v České republice, jejich atributy a principy. Cílem druhé části práce je ověřit fungování právní úpravy v komunálních volbách, konkrétně ve městě Domažlice. V praktické části jsou analyzovány volby z let 2014 a 2018 v tomto městě, a následně je provedena jejich komparace. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis is elaborated on the topic of municipal elections in the Czech Republic with a focus on the town of Domažlice. The first theoretical part of the thesis contains the definition of municipal elections in the Czech Republic, their attributes and principles. The aim of the second part of the work is to verify the functioning of the legal regulation in municipal elections, specifically in the town of Domažlice. In the practical part, the elections of 2014 and 2018 in Domažlice are analysed, and then their comparison is made. |
