| Abstract: | První část této bakalářské práce se věnuje stručnému seznámení s bělorusko-ruskými vztahy, které byly ovlivněny historickým kontextem - detailněji je rozebrané období BSSR. Také nás seznamuje s podobou autoritářského režimu, který v Bělorusku panuje a následně běloruskou a ruskou spolupráci spojenou ve svaz, nazvaný Union State. Druhá část práce se věnuje samotným prezidentským volbám v Bělorusku v roce 2020 a jejich průběhu nebo i ostatním kandidátům, kteří se voleb účastnili nebo o to usilovali. Představené jsou sankce, které byly západními státy uvaleny a také zahraniční reakce na tyto prezidentské volby. Poslední částí jsou ruské reakce, které jsou uváděny na příkladu Vladimíra Putina a také postavení země jako celku. |
| Abstract in different language: | The first part of this bachelor's thesis is devoted to a brief introduction to Belarus-Russian relations, which were influenced by the historical context - the BSSR period is discussed in more detail. It also introduces us to the form of the authoritarian regime that prevails in Belarus and subsequently to Belarusian and Russian cooperation united in a union called the Union State. The second part of the thesis deals with the presidential elections in Belarus in 2020 and their course or with other candidates who participated in the elections or sought to do so. The sanctions imposed by Western states as well as foreign reactions to these presidential elections are presented. The last part is the Russian reactions, which are given on the example of Vladimir Putin and also the position of the country as a whole. |
