| Abstract: | Genderové nerovnosti jsou situace, při kterých pohlaví či gender ovlivňuje to, jak je s daným člověkem zacházeno. Bakalářská práce se zabývá genderovými nerovnostmi na trhu práce v oblasti průmyslu a školství. Nerovnosti zkoumá na území města Prachatice a spolupracuje s místní školou a také s místní automotive firmou. Cílem práce je komparace genderových nerovností v oblasti průmyslu a školství ve vybraném regionu. Při výzkumu byl využit smíšený design výzkumu, a to kombinace polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s dotazníkovým šetřením. |
| Abstract in different language: | Gender inequalities are situations in which sex or gender affects how a person is treated. This bachelor thesis examines gender inequalities in the labour market in the industrial and educational sectors. It examines inequalities in the town of Prachatice and works with one local school and also with one local automotive firm. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to compare gender inequalities in industry and education in the selected region. The research used a mixed research design, namely a combination of semi-structured interviews with a questionnaire survey. |
