| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce ze zabývá institutem spolupracujícího obviněného, což je jeden z prostředků boje proti organizovanému zločinu. Její hlavní podstatou je aktivní rozbor tohoto právního institutu českého právního řádu, jeho komparace s obdobnými instituty zahraničních právních úprava a snaha o nalezení možných vylepšení či novelizací s ohledem na lepší aplikační použitelnost. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis deals with the institute of a cooperating accused, which is one of the means of combating organized crime. Its main essence is an active analysis of this legal institute of the Czech legal system, its comparison with similar institutes of foreign legislation and an effort to find possible improvements or amendments with regard to better applicability. |
