| Abstract: | Tato práce se věnuje problematice ochranných známek a procesu registrace u Úřadu průmyslového vlastnictví. Práce je rozdělena na šest kapitol, které jsou obsahově rozděleny na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je obsažen historický exkurz a současná právní úprava v právních řádu České republiky. Hlavními kapitolami práce je kapitola čtvrtá, která vysvětluje pojem ochranné známky a prakticky demonstruje druhy ochranné známky, a také kapitola pátá, která provádí procesem registrace ochranné známky u Úřadu průmyslového vlastnictví. V praktické části je porovnání počtu přihlášek ochranných známek a počet registrovaných ochranných známek v letech 2017 až 2021. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the issue of trademarks and the registration process at the Industrial Property Office. The thesis is divided into six chapters, which are divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part presents a historical excursion and current legislation in the legal order of the Czech Republic. The main chapters of the thesis are the fourth chapter, which explains the concept of trademark and practically demonstrates the types of trademark and also the fifth chapter, which performs the process of trademark registration with the Industrial Property Office. The practical part is a comparison of the number of trademark applications and the number of registered trademarks in the years 2017 to 2021. |
