| Abstract: | Diplomová práce pojednává o omezení vlastnického práva, přičemž jejím ústředním tématem je problematika sousedských práv. Diplomová práce se v jednotlivých kapitolách zaobírá dílčími instituty sousedských práv v kontextu současné právní úpravy a judikatury českých soudů. V jedné z kapitol jsou rovněž shrnuty prostředky právní ochrany proti zásahům do sousedských práv. V závěru práce je obsažena komparace vybraných institutů sousedských práv německé právní úpravy s právní úpravou českou. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with the restriction of property right and and its central theme is the issue of neighbouring rights. In the individual chapters, the thesis deals with the individual institutes of neighbouring rights in the context of the current legislation and the case law of the Czech courts. The thesis also summarises forms of legal protection against interference with neighbouring rights. The thesis concludes with a comparison of selected institutes of neighbouring rights in German law with Czech law. |
