| Abstract: | Předložená rigorózní práce, po krátkém historickém vhledu, zpracovává dosud odbornou literaturou neuchopené téma kriminality vězněných osob. Větší část práce obsahuje fenomenologické zpracování kriminality vězněných osob včetně dynamiky vývoje této kriminality. Zjištěné nejčastější formy kriminality jsou následně zpracovány z pohledu trestněprávní teorie v návaznosti na specifické prostředí výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. V práci jsou též prezentována zjištěná významná specifika kriminality vězněných osob a možnosti preventivních patřeních k omezení či úplné eliminaci popsané kriminality. |
| Abstract in different language: | After a short historical insight, the presented rigorous thesis deals with the topic of criminality of imprisoned persons, which has not been covered by the literature so far. The greater part of the thesis contains a phenomenological treatment of the crime of imprisoned persons, including the dynamics of the development of this crime. The most frequent forms of crime identified are subsequently treated from the perspective of criminal law theory in relation to the specific environment of imprisonment. The paper also presents the identified significant specifics of prisoners' criminality and the possibilities of preventive measures to reduce or completely eliminate the described criminality. |
