| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřená na stanovení současných problémů maloobchodních prodejen na venkově a sleduje vhodnou volbu strategie prodejců pro překonání těchto problémů a posílení udržitelnosti prodejen na venkově. V práci dochází ke snaze identifikovat jednotlivé problémy a možná opatření formou seskupením několika pohledů a názorů (maloobchodníků, starostů a obyvatel zkoumaných obcí), které dané problematice mohou napomoci k tvorbě možných řešení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The Master´s thesis is focused on determining the current problems of retail stores in the countryside and monitors the appropriate choice of retailers' strategy to overcome these problems and strengthen the sustainability of stores. In this work, there is an effort to capture individual problems and possible measures in the form of grouping several views or opinions (retailers, mayors and residents of the surveyed villages), that can help to create possible solutions to the issue. |
