dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce "Převodní ceny - testování souladu s principem tržního odstupu na příkladu distributora" se zabývá analýzou principu tržního odstupu převodní cen pro společnost v roli distributora. Tato práce se skládá ze dvou částí, části teoretické, obsahující teoretická východiska převodních cen ve světě a v České republice, a části praktické. Praktická část zahrnuje funkční, rizikovou a benchmark analýzu. Benchmark analýza byla provedena pomocí databáze TP Catalyst. Díky výsledkům získaným z uvedené databáze byly společnosti dále analyzovány, aby bylo možné zjistit rentabilitu tržeb u těchto společností. Na základě zjištění ROS (rentability tržeb) u těchto společností byl vyvozen závěr této diplomové práce. Na závěr bylo uvedeno, zda distributor realizuje své obchodní aktivity se spojenými osobami s ohledem na princip tržního odstupu.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis "Transfer prices - testing of compliance with the arm´s length principle using the example of a distributor company" deals with the analysis of arm´s length principle of transfer prices for a distributor company. This work consists of two parts, the theoretical part, containing the theoretical basis of transfer pricing in the world and in the Czech Republic, and the practical part. The practical part includes functional, risk and benchmark analysis. Benchmark analysis was performed using the TP Catalyst database. Thanks to the results obtained from this database, the companies were identified to determine the ROS (profitability of sales) of these companies. Based on the findings of ROS in these companies, the conclusion of this thesis was created. In conclusion, it was stated whether the distribution company carries out its business activities with related parties on arm´s length principle the principle.en
