| Abstract: | Diplomová práce pojednává o farmaceutickém právu, tedy o specifické oblasti správního práva. První část práce je věnována vymezení základních pojmů a institutů spjatých s danou problematikou a pramenům právní úpravy. Tato část práce je nezbytná pro pochopení části druhé, která se zabývá již samotnou regulací léčivých přípravků a zdravotnických prostředků. Zde jsou představeny fáze "života" léčivých přípravků a zdravotnických prostředků od vývoje až po jejich odstraňování. Součástí práce je také oblast regulace reklamy a správního trestání. V neposlední řadě se zabývám srovnáním české právní úpravy se zahraniční. Diplomová práce zohledňuje změny, které s sebou přinesla nová unijní úprava. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis deals with pharmaceutical law, a specific area of administrative law. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the definition of basic concepts and institutes related to the given issue and sources of legal regulation. This part of the thesis is necessary to understand the second part, which deals with the regulation of medicinal products and medical devices. Here are presented the phases of the "life" of medicinal products and medical devices from development to disposal. The thesis also includes the regulation of advertising and administrative penalties. Last but not least, I deal with the comparison of Czech legislation with foreign legislation. The diploma thesis takes into account the changes brought by the new EU regulation. |
