| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá právem na informace o životním prostředí, a to ze třech pohledů - z mezinárodního, evropského a českého. Těmto pohledům odpovídají také tři hlavní kapitoly práce, v nichž je stručně rozebrán historický kontext, platná právní úprava, související judikatura a dále jsou v nich zdůrazněny souvislosti mezi těmito oblastmi. Hlavním cílem práce je poskytnutí uceleného pohledu na právo na informace o životním prostředí v přeshraničním kontextu. Dále je v ní uvedeno také základní dělení zpřístupňování informací o životním prostředí, a to pasivně a aktivně. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the right to environmental information from three perspectives - international, European and Czech. The three main chapters of the thesis also correspond to these perspectives, in which the historical context, the applicable legislation, the related case law are briefly discussed and the connections between these areas are highlighted. The main objective of the thesis is to provide a comprehensive view of the right to environmental information in a transboundary context. It also provides a basic division of environmental information disclosure, namely passive and active. |
