| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce je vypracována na téma Strategická analýza vybraného podniku. Cílem práce je provedení strategické analýzy společnosti s následným generováním možných strategických variant a jejich zhodnocením. První část práce je zaměřena na teoretické znalosti z oblasti strategického managementu a detailněji na strategickou analýzu. Praktická část aplikuje získané teoretické znalosti na provedení strategické analýzy v konkrétním podniku JALNA GROUP, s.r.o. poskytující ubytovací služby. Následně jsou vygenerovány možné strategické varianty a jejich zhodnocení. Součástí práce je také navržené doporučení pro podnik. |
| Abstract in different language: | This master's thesis examined Strategic analysis of the selected company theme. The aim of the thesis is to perform a strategic analysis of the company with subsequent generation of possible strategic options and their evaluation. The first part of the thesis focuses on the theoretical knowledge of strategic management and in more detail on strategic analysis. The practical part applies the acquired theoretical knowledge to the implementation of strategic analysis in a specific company JALNA GROUP, s.r.o. providing accommodation services. Subsequently, possible strategic options and their evaluation are generated. The thesis also includes proposed recommendations for the company. |
