| Abstract: | Přechody k demokracii ve 21. století můžeme analyzovat, srovnávat a hodnotit pomocí vzniklých teorií, typologií, etap, tezí a hypotéz v minulém století. Co se však liší, je pojetí demokracie, které se neustále mění a vyvíjí, proto nelez srovnávat demokracii antického Řecka s dnešní demokracií. Současné pojetí demokracie se začalo formovat již ve 20. století. Přechod k demokracii a ukončení přechodu k demokracii nemusí vždy znamenat konsolidovanou demokracii |
| Abstract in different language: | Transitions to democracy in the 21st century can be analyzed, compared and evaluated using the emerged theories, typologies, phases, theses and hypotheses of the last century. What varies, however, is the concept of democracy which is constantly changing and evolving. Therefore it is not possible to compare the democracy of ancient Greece to today's democracy. Today's concept of democracy has started to form in the 20th century. The transition to democracy and the ending of the transition does not always mean a consolidated democracy. |
