| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjišťování změn v chování spotřebitelů v oblasti cestování. Práce je rozdělená na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je popsán cestovní ruch a jeho vývoj v čase, jsou zde zmíněny obecné faktory ovlivňující spotřebitele. Následuje chronologické seřazení vládních opatření souvisejících s cestovním ruchem a vyjmenování státních podpor cestovního ruchu, včetně podpor pro podnikatelé pracující v cestovním ruchu. Praktická část se skládá z rozsáhlého dotazníkového šetření s využitím elektronického dotazníku. Získaná data jsou následně analyzována. Závěrem je zhodnocení výsledků zjištěných z analýzy dat. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to detect changes in consumer behaviour in the field of traveling. This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part tourism and its development in time is described, there are mentioned general factors affecting consumers. In following part, there are government measures in chronological order with the listing of state aid for tourism including aid for entrepreneurs working in tourism. The practical part consists of an extensive questionnaire survey using an electronic questionnaire. Data are then being analysed. The conclusion is the evaluation of the results obtained from the data analysis. |
