Abstract: Tématem bakalářské práce je poskytování přednemocniční neodkladné péče u dětí s popáleninami. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části popisujeme de-finice, patofyziologie a klasifikace popálenin u dětských pacientů. Dále zde řešíme specifika péče o dítě s popáleninovým traumatem v rámci přednemocniční neodkladné péče. V praktické části jsme zvolily kombinaci dvou typů výzkumu, kvalitativního a kvanti-tativního. Ve výzkumu kvalitativním došlo ke sběru dat v průběhu odborné praxe v popáleninovém centru ve Fakultní nemocnici Královské Vinohrady. Následně jsme tento výzkum doplnily o kvantitativní prostřednictvím dotazníku, který byl následně rozeslán Zdravotnické záchranné službě v Plzeňském kraji.
Abstract in different language: The topic of this bachelor work is the provision of pre-hospital emergency care for children with burns. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part, we describe the definitions, pathophysiology and classification of burns of pediatric patients. We also address special aspects of care for a child with burn trauma in pre-hospital emergency care. In the practical part, we decided for a combination of two types of research, the qualitative and the quantitative ones. In the qualitative research, data were collected during professional practice at the burn center at the Royal Vinohrady University Hospital. Subsequently, we supplemented this research with a quantitative research through a questionnaire, which was afterwards sent to the Medical Rescue Service of the Pilsen Region.
