| Abstract in different language: | In the thesis I am dealing with the regulation over activities of the insurance intermediaries in the Czech republic with regard to the dynamic development in the sector of financial markets and the implementation procedures given by european union in the regulation and supervision over insurance sector and with respect to the consumer protection. |
