| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce na téma Cílená pohybová intervence pro ženy po porodu je vytvoření metodického materiálu ve formě webových stránek. Za tímto účelem byly vytvořeny cvičební jednotky a zprostředkovány formou webových stránek na doméně www.GynFyz.cz. Tyto stránky byly vytvořeny primárně pro ženy po porodu. Textová část práce obsahuje rozbor teoretických východisek a pohledů na problematiku pohybové aktivity v souvislosti s gynekologickou tématikou. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of the diploma thesis on the topic of Targeted movement intervention for women after childbirth is to create methodological material in the form of websites. For this purpose, training units were created and mediated in the form of websites with the domain www.GynFyz.cz. This site was created primarily for postpartum women. The text part of the thesis contains an analysis of theoretical background and views on the issue of physical activity in connection with gynecological topics. |
