dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením vlivu kognitivně-motorického tréninku v délce tří měsíců na kognitivně-motorickou interferenci během lokomoce po ischemické cévní mozkové příhodě. Ischemická cévní mozková příhoda a s ní spojené poruchy kognitivních funkcí negativně ovlivňují rychlost lokomoce. Výsledky ukazují, že kognitivně-motorický trénink zařazený v rámci neurorehabilitace zvyšuje rychlost lokomoce a zlepšuje efektivitu kognitivních funkcí.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the effect of cognitive-motor training over a period of three months on cognitive-motor interference during locomotion after ischemic stroke. Ischemic stroke and related disorders cognitive impairments negatively affect locomotion speed. The results show that cognitive-motor training included in neurorehabilitation increases locomotion speed and improves the efficiency of cognitive function.en
