| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem specifika péče o pacienta intoxikovaného paracetamolem v intenzivní péči. Při nesprávném užívání paracetamolu může docházet až k fatálním následkům. Teoretická část této práce stručně charakterizuje intenzivní péči, anatomii a fyziologii jater a ledvin a účinnou látku paracetamol. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se věnuje péči o pacienta intoxikovaného paracetamolem a popisuje klinické příznaky intoxikace, laboratorní diagnostiku a následnou terapii, jež je poskytována v prostředí intenzivní péče. V praktické části je zkoumána četnost osob intoxikovaných paracetamolem v letech 2017 až 2021 v České republice. Praktická část zahrnuje také péči o pacienty intoxikované paracetamolem poskytnutou na jednotkách intenzivní péče. |
| Abstract in different language: | The undergraduate thesis deals with the topis of the specific care fot a patient after the intoxication of acetaminiphen in intensive care. This drug is one of the most frequently used over-the-counter ones to heal pain and temperature. However, an appropriate dosage can lead to fatal condequences. The teoretical part of the thesis shortly describes intensive care, anatomy, and physiology of the liver and kidneys and the active substance acetaminophen. The last chapter of this part focuses on the cure of the patient after the intoxication of acetaminophen. Moreover, it describes clinical symptoms of intoxication, laboratory diagnostics, and subsequent care provided in intensive care. The practical part provides the data about people after the intoxication of acetaminophen in the Czech republic between 2017 - 2021. It also states information about therapy for these patients provided in care units. |
