| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá specifickou péčí o pacienty po intoxikaci jedovatými houbami v prostředí intenzivní péče. Je dělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola je zaměřena na základní anatomii trávicí a vylučovací soustavy, druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na intoxikace houbami a jsou zde nastíněny základní typy jedovatých hub v české republice a třetí kapitola je věnována intoxikaci houbou Amanita phalloides, její terapii, akutnímu jaternímu selhání a transplantaci jater. V praktické části práce jsou zpracovány kazuistiky dvou pacientů po intoxikaci houbami. V této části bylo zjišťováno, jaké laboratorní nálezy převažují u pacientů po intoxikaci houbami, jaký je průběh péče o pacienta a porovnáván celkový stav obou sledovaných pacientů. Následná specifika péče byla popsána v kapitole diskuze. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with specific care of the patient after poisonous mushroom intoxication in the intensive care setting. It is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter focuses on the basic anatomy of the digestive and excretory system, the second chapter focuses on mushroom intoxication and outlines the basic types of poisonous mushrooms in the Czech Republic, and the third chapter is devoted to intoxication with Amanita phalloides, it's therapy, acute liver failure and liver transplantation. In the practical part of the thesis, there are reports of two patients after mushroom intoxication are presented. In this part it was investigated what laboratory findings prevail in patients after mushroom intoxication, what is the course of patient care and the general condition of the two studied patients was compared. Subsequent specifics of care were described in the discussion section. |
