| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje (re)produkci genderu v chlapeckém výchovném ústavu z perspektivy genderové teorie a jejím prioritním cílem je zodpovězení hlavní výzkumné otázky: "Jaké podoby nabývá a jakým způsobem je (re)produkován genderový řád ve výchovných ústavech?". Základem teoretické části jsou zejména výzkumy, které byly uskutečněny v ženských a mužských věznicích. Jeden z těchto výzkumů byl aplikován v podobě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů do prostředí chlapeckého výchovného ústavu. Praktická část je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol věnujících se tomu, jakými způsoby se gender propisuje do prostředí zařízení, náplně dne chovanců a místní hierarchie. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na to jakou perspektivou se ve výchovném ústavu pohlíží na homosexualitu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor's thesis focuses on the (re)production of gender in a juvenile institution from the perspective of gender theory and its primary aim is to answer the main research question: 'What form does gender order take and how is it (re)produced in educational institutions?' The theoretical part is mainly based on research that has been conducted in women's and men's prisons. One of these researches was applied in the form of semi-structured interviews to the setting of a boys' juvenile instituion. The practical part is divided into four chapters dealing with the ways in which gender is inscribed in the environment of the institution, the inmates' daily routines and the local hierarchy. The last chapter focuses on the perspectives through which homosexuality is viewed in the juvenile instituion. |
