| Abstract: | V bakalářské práci jsem se věnovala specifikům hledání nepříznivých sociálních situací u klientů nízkoprahových zařízení pro děti a mládež. Práce je členěna na dvě části. První část obsahuje vymezení teoretických konceptů, konkrétně nízkoprahové zařízení pro děti a mládež, nepříznivá sociální situace, sociální pracovník, pracovník v sociálních službách a předpoklady a dovednosti u sociálních pracovníků a pracovníků v sociálních službách. Praktická část obsahuje interpretaci polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pracovníky NZDM v rámci kvalitativní části za pomoci dílčích výzkumných otázek a v rámci kvantitativní části interpretaci dotazníkového šetření s klienty NZDM za pomoci hypotéz. Cílem práce bylo porovnání vnímání procesu hledání NSS u klientů samotnými klienty s vnímáním tohoto procesu pracovníky NZDM a zároveň zjištění, zda mají pracovníci dostatečné předpoklady pro úspěšné hledání NSS u klientů NZDM. |
| Abstract in different language: | In this bachelor's thesis I focused on the specifics of identifying adverse social situations in Low Threshold Facility for Children and Youth clients. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part includes the characteristics of theoretical concepts, specifically low-threshold facility for children and youth, adverse social situation, social worker, social work practitioner and predispositions and skills of social workers and social work practitioners. As a part of the qualitative side of the research, the empirical part contains the interpretation of semi-structured interviews with workers from low-threshold facilities for children and youth. It was done by the application of partial research questions. When it comes to the quantitative section of the research, questionnaire survey with low-threshold facility for children and youth clients was utilized through the use of hypotheses. The objective of this thesis was to compare the clients' perception of the process of identifying adverse social situations with the low-threshold facility for children and youth workers' views on this process. The thesis also aimed at discovering if the workers have enough skills to be able to detect these adverse social situations in Low-threshold Facility for Children and Youth clients. |
