| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí podniku společnosti BERGER BOHEMIA a. s. za použití více analytických metod. Práce se zabývá finančním zdravím organizace za určité období. Autor také analyzuje podnikové zdroje, které slouží jako podklad pro metodu VRIO. Tato metoda se snaží vyčlenit takové zdroje, které představují trvale konkurenční výhodu. Dále se v práci provádí metoda Porterova modelu pěti sil a PESTLE analýza, které mají za cíl dostatečně popsat mezoprostředí a makroprostředí a zajistit tak dostatek informací z externího prostředí. Posledním důležitým bodem je analýza SWOT, která popisuje silné a slabé stránky a také příležitosti a hrozby působící na sledovaný podnik. Údaje, popsané v této práci slouží k dostatečné popsání a pochopení prostředí ve kterém se sledovaný podnik nachází. Taková analýza může sloužit jako poklad a doporučení k formulaci strategií, které jsou založeny právě na co nejefektivnějším využití identifikovaných zdrojů a vlivů. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis aims to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the external and internal environment of the organization BERGER BOHEMIA a. s. using many various analytical tools. The research begins by assessing the financial standing of the organization and analysing its financial performance over a set period. The VRIO and Porter's five forces analysis help to identify the company's core competencies and assess the competitive landscape in which it operates. Benchmarking enables the company to compare its performance against its competitors and identify areas of improvement. The PESTLE analysis helps to identify external factors that may impact the company's business and operations. Finally, the SWOT matrix provides a comprehensive overview of the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The findings of this research will enable the company to identify areas where it can improve and make informed decisions when formulating strategies to achieve its business objectives. |
